- Master degree such as EPFL, HEG, INSA, ENSIMAG...
- Previous experience of analysing and developing a critical IT application.
- Work independently or in a team.
- Responsible, dynamic.
- Ability to adapt and manage priorities.
- Customer service & good relationship skills.
- Fluent in French and English, German would be an asset.
- Swiss nationality, permit C / B / G, or European nationality.
Areas of responsabilities : - Reverse engineering of complex IT applications to identify business functionalities.
- Drafting of specifications.
- Conceive innovative solutions to respond to required functionalities.
- Manage a development team based on methods such as "Agile" to validate solutions.
- Work with onsite/offsite development team.
Knowledge & Experience : - Ability to draft specifications.
- Ability to design IT applications architecture.
- Ability to analyse and document business processes.
- Ability to bring improvements to business processes.
- Use of method such as Agile.
- Previous experience in IT applications development.
