Profile :

• Master degree such as EPFL, HEG, INSA, ENSIMAG...
• Previous experience of analysing and developing a critical IT application.
• Work independently or in a team.
• Responsible, dynamic.
• Ability to adapt and manage priorities.
• Customer service & good relationship skills.
• Fluent in French and English, German would be an asset.
• Swiss nationality, permit C / B / G, or European nationality.

Areas of responsabilities :

• Reverse engineering of complex IT applications to identify business functionalities.
• Drafting of specifications.
• Conceive innovative solutions to respond to required functionalities.
• Manage a development team based on methods such as "Agile" to validate solutions.
• Work with onsite/offsite development team.

Knowledge & Experience :

• Ability to draft specifications.
• Ability to design IT applications architecture.
• Ability to analyse and document business processes.
• Ability to bring improvements to business processes.
• Use of method such as Agile.
• Previous experience in IT applications development.

This permanent position will be in Geneva. You may have to occasionally travel within Switzerland or to foreign countries.
